Hayden Horsfall.
Physiotherapist- Grafton Lab
Hayden graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy with distinction. Before becoming a full fledged professional, Hayden spent 8 weeks on clinical placement with Sports Lab and worked as a massage therapist at many of the running events throughout the year. Hayden enjoyed seeing a wide variety of people and found himself sucked into the Sports Lab culture and ethos.
Hayden has done multiple sports throughout his life such as gymnastics, springboard diving, and lacrosse, but the one that stuck was hockey. Hayden represented Waikato several times and loves the fast-paced, a sometimes seemingly dangerous game of hockey. Hayden had his fair share of physio trips as a youngster and loves being able to help people to meet their goals and work together to return to what they love doing.
Outside the lab, Hayden loves to learn new things, especially outdoors. Anything that gets the heart racing, Hayden will give it a go. With experiences like sky diving, bungee jumping, and scuba diving, there isn't much he won't give a shot. He particularly enjoys surfing and spending time at the beach, spending time with friends and family, and playing hockey.
