Pilates Concession


Our small, physio led, Pilates group classes utilize and build upon Pilates principles to help optimise your body’s function.

Our classes are intentionally kept small so that you receive individualised attention where we can adapt the standard exercises to meet your specific needs.

We want to get to know you before your first class. All new members will attend a one-on-one initial assessment. This helps determine baseline mobility, muscle activation and strength. It is a great opportunity to discuss your goals and to teach you the basic movement principles before your first class.



This concession pass is for 10 Pilates classes run by an experienced Sports Lab physiotherapist.

Please note that prior to your first Pilates class you must attend a pre-class screening. To learn more about this check out our Pilates page.
If you have not yet had your pre-class screening then we would recommend opting for the Kickstarter package.
