What to Expect
When you book in we will send out a pre-screening form to help get to know you and your needs better. We then have an initial 3-week package to start you off:
– 3- day food diary
– 60 minute initial consultation
– 7-day food dairy monitoring
– 60 minute follow-up consultation.
Through this process we will work together, going through basic body composition, food recall, previous experiences and relationships to food and goal setting for the best solution going forward. We tailor the required resources to help you understand beyond a food plan, so that you acquire the tools to make informed and beneficial decisions. We provide a range of follow-up appointments to continue improving your nutrition.
Sports Lab Nutrition offers remote consultation via video conferencing for those unwell, travelling regularly or travelling for key races, and for our international and domestic clients. If you require remote consultation please get in touch for further information and for booking.
