Professional views and special interests:
Like many of our team, Ashley is a big enthusiast of teaching you to manage your own injuries and teach you the tools required for long term management. Ashley is passionate about helping you achieve your goals so you can continue to ‘live big’ injury free. With Ashley’s continued development with her hand on techniques and educational tools she has the ability to help a vast variety of patients here at the lab.

Outside of the Lab:
Ashley likes to keep active or in her words ‘is forced’ to keep active by her trainer and attends the gym regularly where all the classes keep her motivated. In the weekend you’ll see Ashley either café hopping, at a sports game (Chiefs girl at heart) or exploring what this beautiful country has to offer.
