Professional views and special interests:
Like many of our team, Ashley loves working with her patients to develop and accomplish a defined plan to achieve their goals and educate the patients to get actively involved in their own rehabilitation to achieve a successful outcome. With manual therapy, exercise prescription and education, Ashley helps achieve successful results and prevent future recurrences.
Outside of the Lab:
Ashley likes to keep active, or in her words ‘is forced’ to keep active by her trainer, and attends the gym regularly where all the classes keep her motivated. In the weekend you’ll see Ashley either café hopping, at a sports game (Chiefs girl at heart) or exploring what this beautiful country has to offer.
